For CARDS & CAM products we have different returns policies. If you recieved your card , you have to send Serial card number , to active your card , about return , we cant return any cards or cam , after enter the card in aljazeera sport channel system , If you want return your card you have to call us before your card enter in the system and we will accept back the card to us , but we will charge you all shipping FEE for toway , so we will charge you $40 for return ,
